This machine is designed for thorough washing of ampoules before filling them, in the pharmaceutical industries. It is fully automatic & rotary type ultrasonic washing machine and combines the ultrasonic cleaning with jetting high pressure water as well as air spray. It makes minimum contact with the ampoules while performing the washing operation. It does that by gripping the Ampoule from Neck and overturning it till the entire operation is executed.
After the process, it is released on the out feed worm system in an upright position for hygienic washing. Our Automatic Ampoule Washing Machine offers excellent output and is available in two different models for an output of 18000 as well as 24000 Receptacles per hour respectively. It is apt for Ampoules, Vials, Injection ampoules and similar receptacles.

Ampoule Washing Machines Working
Ampoules feed from the Infeed tray are received on an Infeed Feed worm then moves on Infeed Star Wheel. The Grippers picks up the Ampoules from Infeed Star Wheel and invert it in neck down position over washing needles and move along with the needle bar for Washing. On completion of a cycle, washed ampoules are again inverted to neck upward position and feed to output star wheel. Washed ampoules received from output star wheel can be collected on Output Tray or can be pushed to tunnel.
